Georgia in 1962. She graduated from Georgia State University College
of Law in 1987 and then clerked for Judge Robert E. Flournoy, Jr. in
Cobb Superior Court. In 1989, she joined Morris Law Firm.

the needs of the client whether the question involves a business or
personal legal question. It is one of Shannon’s goals to maintain
long-term relationships with clients so that she can assist them
through all the stages of a growing business as well as through the
various family needs of the client.
Some of the questions Shannon has
addressed over her 18 years of practice are real estate matters,
termination of trusts for trustees, lease of intellectual property,
transfer of stock and assets via sale of an entity, and probate
advice.
